It's a beautiful day for a Konadicure.

But first, it's always a beautiful day for baby photos! Don't you agree? Or is it morally wrong to make fun of newborn babies? :D Well, I do have very few morals, so... let the fun begin!

Photobucket
My mom was happily singing Twinkle, twinkle little star to her. I guess she didn't like it very much.

Photobucket
Inspired to do this by Maria!

Photobucket
A shoutout to all the ex-Barney watchers who still love him and despise the Barney-haters of the world!!!

Photobucket
I say this one all the time! I realize Ava wasn't even born yet when MJ died, but whatevs.

Photobucket
My little niece, the conehead :D See how she's giving me the sideways glare? So young, and already so talented.

Photobucket
More changing table adventures.

I'm so going to show Ava these photos one day when she grows up! I'll probably be boring old adult "Sar Ee" by then. Or as I like to put it: Stella Chai, top attorney at law, country club socialite and Mrs Very Rich Husband! Lol, my goals in life pretty shallow loh! Get used to it.

Photobucket
The mini armada of lucky nail polishes that were chosen to accompany me on holiday!

Photobucket
Making sample swatches of my nail polishes cause I forgot to bring along my original swatch card.

Photobucket
Completed swatch of 14 nail polishes that I brought, minus 2 - top coat and one bottle whose cap I couldn't for the life of me open :(

Experimental stage.

Photobucket
Nails with just regular normal polish only... bleh, so plain!

Photobucket
But not for long!

Photobucket
A close-up.

Experimental stage 2.0.

My underdeveloped prefrontal cortex is rearing its ugly head -- I can't choose!

Actual Konadicure.

Crafty tools of the trade.

The finished product! (I try out accent nails.)

The Konad image plates I used are m57 and m63.

I don't really like this particular Konadicure! The end results look nothing like what I imagined. I'll probably change it soon. Or who knows, maybe it'll grow on me. Hopefully.

It may not even last long... my top coat was finishing and very thickened. Reminder to self: need moar topcoat! For a day-long nail job, it's surprisingly shitty :(

I get my inspirations from nail blogs that specialize in Konad and nail art like Getcha Nails Did, KONADomania, Fab Ur Nails, Scrangie, KonADDICT, Sasse's Stamping Stampede, The Nail Phile and locally, Pretty Beautiful.

I want a Konad + baking + Bones sleepover ASAP!!! Who wants to do with me?? OMG I KNOW!! *is struck with sudden inspiration* We shall do it at Empire in November!!! *widens eyes at Jia Yee* But shiiiaaat, at Empire how to bake?!

Oh, the dilemmas of my life :D

P/S: In Penang already and time to play The Sims 3 at long, long, LOOONG last! More about that tomorrow :)
