Extra class today wasn't so bad I guess. I had my first ever ice batang lolly thingy (that's what imma call it from now on)!! At age 16 can you believe it?! Orange one! I've never ever eaten (drank? sucked?) one before today. When I tell anybody that, they just gape at me in disbelief.
Well, it's true!! As a 6-year-old I always knew something that colour couldn't possibly be any good for me! (Yes, my mummy taught me well) And plus, that rumour was going around that it gives you cancer! That reminds me of the primary girls' toilet ghost rumour. LOL kids are hilarious shit!!
(It's almost impossible to find a picture of the ice batang lolly thingy online, so just use your imagination. It looks exactly like a sausage with 2 links and is filled with coloured and flavoured ice. Wish I'd taken a photo of it haha.)
Anyway, I'm digressing horribly already, please forgive. I'm finally gonna show you my Character Building project today! Cause I was actually supposed to blog about my nails but since I haven't gotten the photos from Sharlyn yet...
The project is supposed to be your self-portrait (not literally la, you think all of us fab artists meh aka Jong Yi, Charlene, Alisa, Lennard, etc?) or a portfolio, describing who you are using pictures/photos.
Like I said previously, mine is very photo and ME-oriented. Enjoy the (intentional) narcissm!

TALKING about self-portraits, it actually reminded me of something I drew months and months ago when I was sorta-not really tapping into my artsy creative side!

Fuck yes, I know it's bloody hideous. Even I'm outraged. I can hear all my artist friends gasping then fainting now. I prolly broke a million and one drawing rules. Well, what to do, this is the first ever portrait I drew okay! I is n00b :D
Quite look like me though? And plus plus, the best thing about drawing from reference is thaaaat, you can do manual Photoshop! That is, make your nose smaller, make your hair fluffier, make your eyes bigger, eyelashes longer, jaw smaller etc etc MWAHAHAHAHAH.
Okay la, I didn't actually do any of the above cause it didn't occur to me at the time. Stupid me. If any parts looks funny or mis-shapened, it's just because I suck at drawing. But nemain, I can just tell people it's intentional and they'll believe me and I'll be revered as an art genius (or whatever)! xD
