The small boobs issue.

(Not recommended for the few guys who lurk my blog, unless you're brave and empathic.)

I've had this in my Drafts for quite a long time now, but Jia Yee blogging about embracing her height gave me the boost I needed to finally post this.

Before I start, I'd like to say that I don't have anything against girls with big boobs. If you're born naturally busty, well good for you!

But some of us girls aren't as fortunate.

Or at least I used to think a flatter chest was a misfortune, or even a curse. I even seriously considered getting plastic surgery or something to "correct" it.

Now I realize how silly I was, because there's no need to correct something that's perfect just the way it is, that needs no correction.

What's wrong with not having huge boobs? Absolutely nothing. Girls aren't made all the same, so we don't all have the same cup-size. Thus, there isn't just one size that is "acceptable" or "right".

If we (speaking on behalf of all late-bloomers) love our small boobs and are fine with it, what right does anyone have to tell us otherwise? None. We shouldn't have to be judged for something we have no control over.

The mentality that bigger boobs immediately equates to beauty is completely wrong. Not that girls with big boobs aren't beautiful, but all my life growing up I have been bombarded by the subconscious message that because I am flatter-chested, I am automatically not pretty enough.

That is so wrong, in so many ways. It is so wrong to let girls grow up thinking that boobs are all that matters. Valuing a girl merely by the size of her chest is demeaning and demoralizing.

Wanting bigger boobs is so often a self-esteem or confidence issue. And even more often, what other people think doesn't matter, because we are our own worst critics. You are the only one who can change your frame of mind, and decide that you are comfortable with what you were born with.

So lately, I've been searching for Hollywood stars who have smaller boobies just like me, and who are absolutely gorgeous. They are role-models to me because they are so confident, in a world where girls their age are hopping in and out of the plastic surgeon's office on a daily basis.

Dianna Agron (Glee).

Alessandra Ambrosio, far right (Victoria's Secret Angel).

AnnaLynne McCord (90210).

I have small boobs and I like 'em. For other girls with small boobs, you'll know how convenient they are too! Another useful thing is... you'll know a boy likes you for you, and not how well you fill out your tight shirt. And when you need cleavage, push-up bras come to the rescue. We have the best of both worlds!

In an image-obsessed world, surrounded by body-conscious teenagers and all sorts of peer pressure, I am a 16-year-old learning to love my body, just the way it is. I am beautiful, and you are too :)

Don't ever let anyone else, boy or girl, convince you otherwise, because that just makes them bitter, mean and sad for trying to put another person down.

Darryl: "I don't wanna marry a girl with huge boobs."
Me (obviously confused): "Huh, why?! I thought all guys like big boobs."
Darryl: "No, cause when they're old, it will landir (sag)."

BAHAHAHHAHAHAH wtf Darryl!!! (Forgot how we ended up talking about boobs in the first place. xD)

Want fake gigantic boobs? Nah.

Bedazzled Franken-tittays. How do you like that? Heidi Montag seriously needs to get herself a bigger bikini.

Lady Gaga the Bizarre.

Watched her new video for Alejandro last night. I know I must be the most outdated person in the world, behind the 12,000,000+ who have already seen it, but I just couldn't be bothered to till now.

Blame boredom, it drove me to it, and now you have to read this post about how much I disliked the video. Which is A LOT.

Regardless of whether you believe or are for/against that whole Illuminati thing of hers, Lady Gaga is obviously a woman of absolutely no morals. Zero. Zilch!

The video is downright disgusting and creepy!!! Besides all the gross sexual shit, there's also all her Illuminati symbolism and slamming the Catholic church, etc, etc, the list goes on.

I know she's trying to be "different", to not conform, to stand out in the crowd, to break away from the chains of society, but does she really have to do it like THIS?!?! By being blasphemous and immoral???

I'm sure there are other ways to be unique but she probably just wanted to pick the most controversial one that would garner her the most attention in the shortest time. Wise business move, I must admit.

But you can't deny she's sending a horrible message to young viewers and listeners about religion among other things! I may not care much for religion. If I had to define myself, I'd say I'm agnostic. Religion is way too overrated for me.

But I know religion matters to a lot of other people. And her music videos are like spit to their faces. A total insult to them.

She may think she's above everyone and everything and can do whatever she wishes, but she has tremendous impact on pop culture and the young generation. And she is repeatedly and purposely using that power to send out all these negative messages.

That isn't called being "different" anymore. That's called brainwashing people.

For two seconds, I thought the song was nice and catchy. Until I read this among the YouTube comments:

ALEJANDRO=man's defender and protector(GOD).
FERNANDO=ardent for peace(JESUS).
ROBERTO=bright or shining flame(HOLY SPIRIT).
HOTTER THAN MEXICO= HELL

Incorporate this into the lyrics:
"Don't bother me, Don't bother me, Alejandro (God)"
"Don't call my name, Don't call my name, Bye Fernando(Jesus)"
"I'm not your Babe (child), I'm not your Babe (child), Alejandro (God)"
"Don't call my name, Don't call my name, Roberto (Holy Spirit)"

In the Bible, the word "Babe" is used in place of "child".
-Exodus 2:6

That is some scary shit right there. I don't think I want to listen to her music anymore :S

I actually think it's ironic because her "little monsters" think they're being different and unique, etc by liking her, but since there are so bloody many of her fans out there, I actually think that non-conformity is achieved by NOT liking her. HAH!

Well, that's just my two cents. What does it matter what I think, right?

As for the Illuminati thing, you can read up about it (just Google Lady Gaga Illuminati) and believe what you want to believe. I'm not saying she IS a Satan worshipper, etc, I'm just saying she's immoral and has a bad influence on the generation and weaker minds who cannot decide and judge for themselves.

I think Alisa posted this link on her blog months ago, only now am I compelled to believe it after watching Alejandro. Lady Gaga's apparently not the only singer delving into Illuminati. Try thinking about any other female pop singers who have recently made a drastic and strange change to their style... Beyonce? Rihanna?

If you adore Lady Gaga for whatsoever reason though I may never be able to comprehend what goes on in your mind, then that's your choice, and there's nothing I can do about it, is there? I'm not forcing my opinion on anyone and I won't hate you for it.

Hate the game, not the players, they say. Lady Gaga being the game here, and her fans being the players I suppose.

And I will not be happy if some hater pulls that "you're just jealous of her" nonsense. Err, why would I be jealous of an immoral alleged Satan worshipper??? And not a very pretty one either. Rich and famous no doubt, but still immoral.

I'm a free bitch, baby.

I really am. I feel so free. I don't have to try to be something I'm not anymore, I don't have to be different for someone else.

Not only that, but I'm free of the constraints of what people think of me. A.k.a. I no longer give a damn. I've never felt more confident in my life. I take negativity in my stride. Nobody can bring me down. It's true what they say: what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

So bitches, you can try all you want. I feel honoured that you'd spend your precious time to try and hurt me, and then fail. You're just showing how jobless, immature, petty, stupid and ignorant you are. GET A LIFE! But thanks for the blog hits, I appreciate it. It's okay, I refuse to fight back because I'm the bigger person. I have integrity and I take responsibility for the things I write, say and do. Unlike you, since you even choose to be anonymous. And F your L for squinting to read all this :)

New year, new things, don't dwell on the past. I think this is the first year I'm actually carrying that out. And it wasn't even a resolution.

It just kinda happened. I think... this is gonna be a great year :)

These are some camwhoring photos taken the day I went out with Rachel and some of her friends. Okay, let me remember the names... Darren, Jasmine, Ivan and P... I dunno how to spell your name! :( Please forgive me.

I haven't camwhored in quite a long time, and I like this batch of photos :D

Drug addict! Inspired by Maria and her Happy 5 :D

Anyway, Amanda (Ting) was the one who gave me the idea for this particular photo. I love how the girls in our class sang Bad Romance together in school all day long. I can't imagine a nicer group of people to have as friends.

So I dug out one of my shades and combed my Lady Gaga fringe straight out to the front.

This was the result!
BWAHAHAHAHA!! It's so fucking kua zhang I also wanna die already.

I obviously don't have Lady Gaga's super straight (plastic) nose nor her bleached blonde hair la.

All the photos are UNPHOTOSHOPPED! I dunno why I feel the need to disclaim this, but I just do. So yes, that's my imperfect jawline, my small beady eyes, my big bulbus nose and my lips... oh right, no complaints there. Lol! My lips are one of the few things about me that was made just the way I would've wanted. I will never ever need collagen thanks! :D

If you're wondering about the clear skin, it's just makeup la please! Anybody can do it, it's no big secret. Mine is even some cheap Maybelline powder that you can get anywhere.

The only thing I use Photoshop for is to edit the colour of my photos, because my digital camera really sucks, all the photos I take are black and green!!! Either that or very dark, or very dull coloured. Artificial lighting is the worse for my camera!

If you don't believe me, I'm gonna show you what that close-up photo originally looked like. The colour is so nice and vibrant and my skin tone so radiant, right? :) ALL DONE BY PHOTOSHOP PLEASE! NO THANKS TO MY CAMERA.

This is the original. FML MAX! SO BLACK AND GREEN UNTIL CANNOT EVEN SEE MY FACE!!! Like wtf is that black looming figure there?? -____-"

My digital camera makes me very grateful that I've mastered some of the skills of Photoshop. Or else my entire blog would be filled with photos where I look like The Incredible Hulk/Shrek/undiscernable black object.

Talking about Lady Gaga, did you SEE her outfits for the Grammy's?!? MY GOD!

Wait a minute, is that... Amy Winehouse?!

Holy cow, those shoes! But then again, I guess at 5'1", she kinda needs them.

I think Lady Gaga's redefining outrageous. But then again, I'm not very surprised about what she wore either!

I think she's got to be the quirkiest, if not the creepiest, mainstream singer. I love her songs, but you can't deny she's become quite... scary lately with the whole "monster" thing she's got going on.

I preferred her Just Dance-Poker Face days before all the weird(er) shit started. But she's definitely unique, you gotta give her credit for that. So unique it's... outta this world.

RAH RAH AH AH AH, RAMA RAMAMA, GAGA OOH LALA!

P/S: I gotta ask... is that a wig attached to her shimmery bodysuit?!

Plastic surgery: How much is too much?

One thing's for sure, Heidi Montag has had WAY too much! She was that blonde bimbo from that MTV show The Hills, by the way.

No, not Lauren Conrad, the other one. Wait, you'll see. If you can even recognize her after all her plastic surgery, that is!

I was catching up with PerezHilton.com a few days ago, when I came across the story of Heidi Montag's unbelievable TEN plastic surgery operations in just ONE DAY!

You know I just HAD to blog about it!

She did an interview with People magazine about it and appeared on their cover in all her fake, plastic glory. At first I thought it was Paris Hilton wtf! Doesn't it look like her??

And ohmagawd, Heidi looks SO DIFFERENT!! She doesn't even look like the same person anymore for God's sake! What could drive someone to do something like this?!

Eyebrow lift, cheek implants, nose job, Botox, chin reduction, lip augmentation, pinned ears, liposuction on her neck, waist, hips and thighs, butt augmentation and boob job.
Holy crap, what a mouthful!

I mean, that's just scary! She's practically 100% plastic now! Hollywood's very own Dawn Yang :O

And I personally think she became uglier. Not only does she really look like a tranny now, she also looks like she aged 20 years overnight! Tsk tsk.

AND THOSE BOOBS! Don't even get me started on them. They're triple-D's (O.O!) and look SO HIDEOUSLY RIDICULOUS on her because she's such a small, skinny girl (partly due to plastic surgery too)! And now she ends up looking like a porn star.

She's only 23, but I swear, she looks 40! She would fit in perfectly on Desperate Housewives.

I mean COME ON! I know she's cuckoo and dumb as a post, but really?? How stupid can she get?! She reconstructed her face until it looks so fake and unnatural, it's disgusting.

This isn't even her first round of plastic surgery. What you see in that "Before" picture isn't really what she looks like. Silly, silly girl. She should've never gone for the second time.

She'd already had plastic surgery on her boobs, her nose and her lips once before when she was 20. 20!

This is what she originally looked like. She used to look to sweet and innocent! T__T

I understand not liking some things you're born with. I guess it must be hard, with her photos plastered everywhere and paparazzi following her day and night and aspiring to become a singer. It's not like she's an actress who is naturally stunning and looks perfect.

So I guess I can understand why she'd be overly insecure about her plain, sweet-girl looks and want to get plastic surgery, but 10 surgeries in 1 day and a total reconstruction of her entire body and face?! That's just gross. Hollywood just gets more and more messed up by the day.

A lot of people were saying she's well on her way to becoming Cat Lady. Who the F is that right?

Turns out she's some 60-year-old woman named Jocelyn Wildenstein who paid $4 million for plastic surgery on her face just to end up looking like this...

ABSOLUTELY SCARY! I think this blog sums it up the best.

The sad thing is that she was originally quite pretty. Then she went to her plastic surgeon saying she wanted to look "like a cat" and "more feline" a.k.a. disfigure her face. WTF man!

I actually feel quite sorry for her. I'm sure she never meant for this to happen. But you know, at least she doesn't look 60, right? Nah, instead she looks like a monster.

Omg, I think I'm gonna get nightmares from this!

I won't lie, I'm considering plastic surgery when I'm a bit older, just a few things I'm itchy about. I was thinking maybe I might do it, if at some point in my life I have the money for it.

But shit! This has just scared the living daylights outta me! D: I ain't no hypocrite, I'll be rethinking my plastic surgery thoughts for sure.

The 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards.

To be honest, I seldom watch Hollywood awards shows these days. I usually just check the results and best dressed list online. Lol.

I watched this one mostly out of boredom, who knew it would turn into blogging material!

And so, without further ado...

First up, we have the AWARD WINNERS! Some of which were of course, very predictable. This section gonna be quite shitty cause I'm only gonna focus on the some more well known ones, or else later you start snoring and call me boring :(

Hey that rhymes! I can has future as poet!! Lolol.

DUH, Avatar won the biggest award of the night, Best Motion Picture - Drama!!! For the 2nd highest grossing movie of all time, NO SURPRISES AT ALL! :D

James Cameron really pwns, now he has BOTH the #1 AND #2 highest grossing box office movies OF ALL TIME! Mustmust kowtow!

I STILL HAVEN'T WATCHED IT YET! Omg how depressing is my life <=(

Sandra Bullock won Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama for The Blind Side. No idea what movie this is, but my mommy says it's good?

Robert Downey Jr won Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Comedy or Musical, another predictable one! With a big hit like Sherlock Holmes, obviously he would win, right?

I HAVEN'T SEEN SHERLOCK HOLMES YET EITHER, KILL ME NAO!!

Meryl Streep won Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Comedy or Musical for Julie & Julia. Another movie I've never watched. I have no laif T__T

Glee won Best Comedy or Musical TV Series, so disgustingly predictable! Lolol. Even though I'm not a fan, I know how big Glee is, and how many people watch it (I think the ratings are 14 million in the U.S.) so it was no surprise at all.

But oh my, it was so strange to see the mean, intimidating cheerleading coach (Jane Lynch) in a long, flowing green evening gown! Lol.

Julianna Margulies won Best Actress in a TV Series - Drama for The Good Wife. I'll always remember her as Carol from E.R. with all that curly hair! But she's so much prettier with straight hair.

Some guy named Michael C. Hall (looks familiar) won Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama for some show called Dexter. Ok la, I very TV-illiterate right now cause I'm in my own little PPS cocoon!

Toni Collette won Best Actress in a TV Series - Comedy or Musical for some show called United States of Tara. Again, refer to the reason above why I don't know what the heck show this is.

Of course, James Cameron won Best Director for Avatar, no surprises there! I think I once tweeted that this year, all the other directors got no chance at any awards shows already, they can just go home and sleep. Lol!

Next up, one for the girls... THE BEST DRESSED! As according to People.com's Style Watch.

Looking at all the glitzy designer gowns made my mind wander once again back to prom T___T

If you dunno who the actresses are, just go Google them. I lazy to put descriptions, and I bet nobody will even read.

Drew Barrymore - Atelier Versace.
Those big decorations on her shoulder and waist are made of glass!

Jennifer Aniston - Valentino.
I really didn't like this dress... that slit, it's just way too high! :O

She definitely doesn't have the perfect legs of a twenty-something... anymore.

Sandra Bullock - Bottega Veneta.
LOVE the jewel purple!

Penelope Cruz - Georgio Armani.

Jennifer Garner <3 - Atelier Versace.

Kate Hudson - Marchesa.

Her dress is actually a fishtail!

Halle Berry - KaufmanFranco.
Hmm, don't you think she looks kinda old? And so do some other actresses too, as you'll see later. I guess even the rich and famous can't look young forever.

Cameron Diaz - Alexander McQueen.

Julia Roberts - Yves Saint Laurent.

Kate Winslet - Atelier Yves Saint Laurent.

Nicole Kidman - Nina Ricci.

Heidi Klum (Project Runway, Victoria's Secret?!) - Roberto Cavalli.
I love this dress! So chio! I totally want a wedding dress that looks like this. I think I have a natural attraction to fishtail dresses.

Marion Cottilard - Christian Dior.
Such an unusual colour! Not green, and not blue.

Fergie - Elie Saab.
Wah hell, her push-up bra must be damn keng.

Lea Michele (Glee) in the ultimate ball gown by Oscar de la Renta.

Maggie Gyllenhaal - Roland Mouret.

Anna Kendrick - Marchesa.
Another one I really like. I love the frills across the shoulder.

Amy Adams (Enchanted) with a baby bump in Carolina Herrera.
Oh boy, those Louboutin stilettos can't be good for anyone preggo!

Vera Farmiga - Dolce & Gabbana.
Something about black + lace, etc always tends to look gothic.

Diane Kruger - Christian Lacroix.
Fuchsia! And not even a very nice shade. My eyes pain already.

Olivia Wilde (House M.D.) in Gucci.
She's auctioning off her gown for charity to help Haiti!

Carey Mulligan - Nina Ricci.
Again with the black + lace = gothic, look.

Emily Blunt - Dolce & Gabbana.
I LOVE!

Oh my God, is that Christina Aguilera? She was a presenter and in Versace.

January Jones - Lanvin.

Chloe Sevigny - Valentino.
I don't like this dress, it looks like such an explosion of ruffles D:

Ginnifer Goodwin - Vionnet

Other DRESSES I LIKED.

Dianna Agron (Glee).

Kristen Bell.

Rose Byrne (Damages). I love the deep, rich purple and waist details.

And then, the DRESSES I DIDN'T LIKE.

Christina Hendricks.
Omg, exploding carrot, anybody? And those boobs, one is even higher up than the other! Gah!

Tina Fey.
Expect the queen of comedy to turn up in an unconventional dress. But this one just makes her look so stumpy and short! She's actually 5'5", my height, plus those heels, she's definitely not short. Very unfortunate.

Leona Lewis.
Sorry, it just looks so... cheap!

Zoe Saldana (Avatar).
It looks like she's wearing a red shaggy rug/curtain -__-"

There are also of course, those CHIO ACTRESSES I ADORE!

Jennifer Garner!
Found out she's in Valentine's Day and was excited for it, till they said Taylor Lautner is also in it. Not a fan! D:

Ok ok, so you Taylor-lovers won't kill me, I'll post a big photo of him. Faster say thank you :D

Reese Witherspoon!
I can't believe I STILL want her hair! Mine isn't quite there yet :(

Jennifer Morrison (House, M.D.).
I love her to death in House! She's so purdeh. And oh my, such muscular arms :O

I tend to forget that awards shows are in fact also awards DINNERS, it's so funny to see the stars jostling past the tables to get to the stage. Where they would of course give the BEST ACCEPTANCE SPEECHES!

Drew Barrymore definitely had the sweetest and most emotional speech.

Robert Downey Jr's speech when he won Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Comedy of Musical was hilarious!

And omg, his wife is so so chio and pretty! I read an interview of him in the AirAsia magazine, where he talked about his relationship with his wife, it was so sweet!

It was, unfortunately, a rainy day and all the celebrities had to carry umbrellas down the RED CARPET! It's actually pretty cute seeing all these glamorously dressed up people holding umbrellas, or their assistants or husbands holding it for them.

I find this picture so funny and sweet! Fergie's manslave husband, Josh Duhamel (yum) keeping her dry while she poses for the paparazzi.

Another umbrella-holding husband! Nick Cannon for Mariah Carey. Omg her dress mad revealing can! So typical, lol.

Cameron Diaz with an umbrella that matches her red-hot dress.

Gerard Butler. Nah Jia Yee, since you said you like him :D

Kate Hudson looking utterly glamorous.

Dancing in the rain? :D Maria Menounos. Kasian that guy at the back has to carry her train, lol!

Okay, so now we know that celebs can still look fabulous while carrying hideous umbrellas. FOL!!

Because of what happened in Haiti recently, it was quite a solemn and serious awards show. Boohoo. Chrysler donated cars that were signed by celebrities at the awards show, to be auctioned off to raise $1 million for Haiti.

Maggie Gyllenhaal.

I guess that's pretty much a wrap! :D Time for me to go watch Roddick playing in the Australian Open, he'd better win this 3rd round match! My Australian Open blog post coming on Sunday :)
